I’d suggest the following:

1. Make sure your credit card details and billing address is correct.
2. Make sure there are enough funds to cover your purchase.
3. Delete the cache of your browser and try again.
4. Try to complete your order from incognito mode.
5. If all fails, please get in touch with me!

When will you ship my order?

It will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Explain International Shipping

I now ship everywhere. BUT if you want to save money by opting for untraceable shipping, understand that once I mail your order, it is not in my hands. I cannot be held responsible for any lost envelopes. :/

What's your refund and exchange policy?

You can ask me for a refund or replacement within 7 days but mailing back the item(s) will be your expense. Keep in mind that it is a small business so I cannot offer free returns.

Are all the postcards in this shop actually new?

Yes, I get them directly from each manufacturer, shrink wrapped or bundled nicely! If you are looking for used vintage postcards, this is not the right shop.

Some images look horrible or low quality. Why is it so?

Because I have a bad scanner/camera! Keep buying your postcards from this shop and I'll probably be able to afford a solid scanner. =P

How are you keeping prices so low?

Because my goal is to provide you with the best prices possible. =)
